1. Who we are
listingbyhand.com is run by Listing By Hand ("we", "us").
2. Quotes
Every job is based on a written quote describing the work, price and timeline. Work outside the quote needs a new quote.
3. Payment
Small jobs are paid in full before work starts. Larger jobs need a 50% deposit, with the balance due after you approve the drafts. Prices are in US dollars.
4. Refunds
If we have not started, you get a full refund. Once work has started, you pay only for the listings completed.
5. Your shop and content
You own your shop, accounts and all listings. You confirm that your products are legal to sell and that you have the right to use the photos and information you send us. We use staff access only for the quoted work, and you can remove it at any time.
6. Platform rules
We follow the rules of each marketplace. We do not provide fake reviews, fake sales, or any service that breaks platform rules, and we may decline any product or request.
7. No sales guarantee
We do not guarantee sales, rankings or traffic.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
